Beautiful 3 tier deck with pergola and new pilings.. boat lift.. fish cleaning station & green lights in water..Entire renovation.. including roof, windows, doors, interior & exterior paint.. Total new kitchen with cabinets, counters, lighting, appliances (gas cooktop).. pantry and pull out lower cabinets and spice rack.. wine cooler.. All 3.5 bathrooms updated with tile and new counters.. New tile throughout.. fireplace.. The natural light is so amazing.. But my favorite thing about this home is the view of the Laguna Madre.. You can see the sunset.. it is so peaceful..Oversized garage.. Ample storage.. Every bedroom has walk in closets.. En suite bathrooms.. Master is down..Generator recently installed and does convey..Driveway pad added.. for extra parking..Meticulous is an understatement...
