The house was sold because Cathy held our only open house which was advertised on facebook and other

interest of the buyers so much so that they returned a week later with their realtor.

Cathy not only sold our home at full asking price but she also got it sold in a week. Absolutely amazing on
how she handled everything from listing it at the right price, explaining the offer to us, getting what we wanted
for our home all the way until the closing table. Not once did we have any concerns with her abilities to get

This Broker was a Monumental in selling our home! Cathy went above and beyond what was required of her!
The sale of our was a difficult sale because, our insurance company USAA was in the process of repairing
our home. Our buyer was waiting for the repairs to be done and we had problems with the several
contractors the General Contractor had hired to do the work. After 8 months, Cathy was still there every step
of the way and we finally sold our home! Without her, I don’t think we would’ve sold the house!
